  • Why Bridge? What's different?
We provide individualized rehabilitation plans from initial injury to return to sport as we understand the unique needs of athletes. We also focus on creating a client-centered, fun rehabilitation environment that is welcoming for all members of the Miami area. We are led by an experienced staff of Doctors of Physical Therapy, and we focus on building strong lasting relationships with our clients in a 1 on 1 model of physical therapy. One of the flaws with traditional PT is a lack of knowledge on proper treatment of athletes. An athlete's body demands a great deal of force output and rate of force development and many PT clinics are not properly equipped to meet these needs. If you are struggling with an injury, we encourage you to come bridge the gap from your injury to your sport. We are confident that we can help guide you to get back to doing what you love.

In the first visit, our Doctors of Physical Therapy will perform an evaluation involving discussion of medical history, assessing your symptoms and taking objective range of motion and strength measurements using a dynamometer. However, we can still help you get reimbursed for your visits by providing you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company. The amount you are reimbursed will depend on your out-of-network benefits. If you are not sure what your out-of-network benefits are, we recommend contacting your insurance company.
